Today's Speed Controllers fall into two main categories, Brushed and Brushless.
Mtroniks have built a strong following of their Brushed Speed Controllers over the years by offering both a no nonsense range of controllers suited to RC cars, RC Boats, RC Aircraft and other specialist RC areas and top end Speed Controllers for competition use at National and International level. The current range of no nonsense Brushed Speed Controllers for specialist interests such as RC Submarines, Trucks and Robots from Mtroniks, the VIPER range, is not only protected against motor short circuits and motor stalls but is 100% waterproof, something which Mtroniks pioneered over five years ago!
Along with the great success of the specialist Brushed range of Speed Controllers, Mtroniks now also offer a range of specialist Brushless Speed Controls suited to various RC interests, the Genesis range of Brushless Speed Controls. Mtroniks has been designing, testing and running Brushless Speed Controls in a host of RC arenas for a number of years now, in this time we have gained a very good understanding of what people want, how to get the best from Brushless Speed Controls and how to make them feel just like the Brushed Speed Controls you currently use and trust. Mtroniks offer Brushless Speed Controls from the Genesis range that are suited to RC Trucks, Bikes, Tanks and even Robots!
Particular success has been achieved on the RC 1/5 scale Bike circuit, thanks to our team drivers, in-particular, Colin McCabe, who has been running the Genesis RIDE Brushless Speed Control for the past 2 years and has piloted his bike to 2nd place in 2 successive World Championships!
