Viper Sub10

The Viper Sub10 is a Brushed Speed Control designed specifically for use in RC submarines.
The Sub10 has a 40Amp motor limit, what this means is that you can use any, DC Brushed motor, as long as the current drawn by that motor does not exceed 40Amps under load (with the prop connected, under water).
The Sub10 is the perfect speed controller for anybody who is into RC submarines and wants a speed controller designed specifically for their hobby interests.
The Sub10 has all the same features as the Sub8 but operates on a higher battery voltage input range. It also has all the features of the Viper Marine range of Brushed Speed Controls with the added bonus of having an external BEC. The BEC fitted to the Sub speed controls is more powerful than that used on the standard Viper Marine range and is mounted on the external heatsink of the speed control. This allows you to tap into the regulated 5.0V for any of your models other features that might require a 5.0V supply! Features such as adjustable reverse functions and a built in failsafe are standard on Sub10 and the motor stall protection is a feature which cannot be overlooked when a possible encouter with weeds is always a possibility.
